SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the product:
- Silkscreened t-shirts (pre-order): Made in-house in Vancouver in limited batches. Pre-orders ship within 1 month of the order date. Your order confirmation will indicate if your item is a pre-order.
- Silkscreened t-shirts (in-stock): Ships within 2 weeks from our Vancouver location once the pre-order run is complete and shirts are available to order directly.
- Print-on-demand items (prints and select apparel): Custom-made to order through our fulfillment partners. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
- Digital products (PDF downloads): Delivered immediately to your email address after payment is confirmed.
The product page will indicate which fulfillment method and timeline applies to each item.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at jake@loogaland.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
