REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including PDF art books, are final sale and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered to your email or made available for download, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our prints and apparel items are custom-made to order specifically for you. As such, all print-on-demand products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of defects, damage during shipping, or if you receive an incorrect item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at loogaland@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
